Experience
I am currently attending the University of Miami School of Law on a merit-based dean's scholarship. I graduated from American Heritage School in 2012, where I was selected to learn the tried-and-true steps to standardized test-taking excellence under the brilliant Mr. Ray Dass of Teach America. I was recognized as a Commended Student by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation--out of about 1.6 million PSAT takers, I was among the 50,000 highest-scoring students, or the top 3% of test-takers in the United States. In addition to helping students with standardized test preparation, I am also uniquely qualified to instruct students in English and French. I have a Bachelor's degree in English from Florida International University, where I wrote a thesis on legal and ethical issues in Shakespeare's legal dramas and graduated with honors. I am also fluent in French, and I have been actively involved in French honor societies and organizations such as the Société Honoraire de Français and FIU's Le Cercle Français.

Hobbies
Literature and the law are two of my life's greatest passions. I spend ample time studying both and finding creative ways to intertwine my study of the two subjects, like my undergraduate thesis on the relationship between mercy, justice, and the law in Shakespearean works. I believe in the importance of communication and education, and I embrace the opportunity to engage with students. When I'm not studying or working, I also enjoy taking ballet and yoga classes.
